These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made through systems.connectlabz.com, the digital product store of ConnectLabz, a GST-registered business based in Punjab, India (GSTIN 03QQHPS0522Q1Z7). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

What you are buying

All products sold through this Website are one-time digital purchases. We sell AI automation systems, workflow bundles, and prompt-based digital tools delivered as downloadable files. There are no subscriptions, no recurring payments, and no physical items.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed on each product page.

  • Customers in India: applicable GST is added at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase. A GST-compliant invoice is available on request.
  • Customers outside India: sales are treated as an export of services and are not charged Indian GST. You may be responsible for any taxes or charges applicable in your own country.

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers — Cashfree Payments for payments within India, and Skydo for international payments. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and takes place immediately or within a short time after your payment is confirmed. You will receive your download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

Product licence

When you purchase a product, ConnectLabz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal licence to use it for your own individual or internal business purposes.

You may

  • use the product and its workflows in your own work;
  • adapt the prompts and workflows for your own projects and client deliverables.

You may not

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the product or any part of it;
  • upload the product to any public, shared, or file-sharing platform;
  • repackage or rebrand the product to present or sell it as your own creation;
  • share your download link or account access with others;
  • use the product to build a competing product, course, or system for sale or distribution.

If you breach this licence, we may revoke your access without refund, in addition to any other legal remedy available to us.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our products, including the prompt structures, workflow logic, documentation, and branding, belong to ConnectLabz or our licensors. Your licence to use a product does not transfer any of these rights to you.

No guarantee of results

Our products are AI automation tools and workflow systems designed to support your business operations. They are not advice of any kind, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, including business growth, revenue, time savings, efficiency gains, or any other result. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or inconsistent and must be reviewed and verified by you before professional or commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectLabz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer law applicable to you.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Punjab, India, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
